The InFocus platform provides a set of simple-to-use tools for configuring and deploying the client-side composite interface, the server-side services, and the integration to enterprise systems. The tools accelerate and simplify the development process, and are all based on industry standards such as XML, JSP and Eclipse.
The InFocus Designers include the Workplace Designer and the Designer Studio. These tools simplify and accelerate the configuration of both the business-view of the workplace (consisting of frames and navigation in the InFocus Workplace) as well as the server-side configurations and services that power the application. In addition, these tools require common skill sets and facilitate repeatable and scalable implementation processes.
The InFocus Designers automatically generate metadata for the used by the InFocus Server to host composite applications, and the definitions of the rich interface offered by the intuitive InFocus Workplace.
